Forja fitness
Routines, form and food
21 programs, 127 animated exercises and 12 meal plans, from age 6 to 90. On your TV with AirPlay.
What it does
Programs, not exercise lists
21 programs from 1 to 12 weeks that tell you what to do each day and how to progress: calisthenics, military prep, gym, home with no equipment, mobility, HIIT, strength, core and recovery.
Every exercise, animated
127 exercises with their own animation you can slow to half speed to study the technique. Key points, the most common mistakes, how to breathe, and what to do if it is too hard or too easy.
Built for your age
Guidance for kids from 6 (always with an adult), teens, adults, 50+ and 65+, plus a dedicated postpartum track. At 65 the priority is balance, not visible abs, and the app treats it that way.
Food counts too
12 seven-day meal plans and 41 recipes with macros and steps. Your calories and protein come from your weight, age and activity, and the shopping list adds up every ingredient of the plan.
On your TV
With AirPlay or an HDMI cable, the TV shows the exercise full screen with a giant timer while your iPhone keeps the controls. Not a mirror: a screen designed to be read from across the room.
Works offline, saves to Health
Nothing leaves your device. Progress syncs between your iPhone and iPad through your own iCloud, workouts go to the Health app, and it speaks six languages.
How it looks
Real screenshots, taken from the app itself. Nothing here is a mock-up.
