Private beta

Atrio: your inbox and your CRM, up to date on their own.

Atrio reads what arrives at your business — email and your website's contact form — sorts it, answers new enquiries within fixed limits — you switch that on or off whenever you like — and files every person, company and deal in a CRM nobody has to fill in by hand.

We built Atrio to run our own business, and today it runs Sesin IT's: every enquiry that reaches us lands in it first. Now we're getting it ready for other businesses.

It's for small businesses that sell their time and their trade, where the owner is also the one answering email. The goal is simple: no enquiry left unanswered, no follow-up forgotten, and no evening spent typing contacts into a spreadsheet.

What it does

A business inbox that reads for you

It reads your business email and your website's contact form, and sorts each message with AI: a new enquiry, a customer who needs help, an invoice, or spam. What matters comes first; the rest stays out of the way.

Answers new enquiries, with brakes

When a new enquiry comes in, Atrio can reply on its own to ask what the person needs, so nobody waits days for a first answer. Only to new enquiries, and always within the limits below.

A CRM that fills itself in

Contacts are created from the conversations, companies are grouped by email domain, and every deal moves through a pipeline in stages. Follow-up tasks appear on their own: a lead going cold, a message unanswered, a quote nobody replied to.

Quotes, invoices and payments

Quotes and invoices as PDFs, payments recorded against them and overdue invoices turned into a task. Recurring income from maintenance work is tracked apart, so you can see what comes in every month.

An agent you can talk to

Tell it “remind me to call Ana on Tuesday” and it creates the task. Ask about a customer and it looks at the whole history and suggests the next step, with a draft ready for you to review.

Reports that answer real questions

What you won each month, which services close and which don't, how deals actually move through the pipeline and where your customers come from.

On your iPhone and in the browser

A native iPhone app with notifications, and the full CRM in any web browser. The iPhone app is in private testing and not on the App Store yet.

What the assistant never does

An assistant that writes to your customers on its own needs firm limits. These are built into the code, not left to the AI's judgment.

  • It never mentions prices or any amount of money.
  • It never sends links or other email addresses.
  • It signs as an assistant, so nobody thinks they're talking to a person.
  • It only answers new enquiries, never support requests. It discards known spam and anything that doesn’t look written by a person.
  • It has a fixed daily cap, and a cap per sender.
  • It marks what it sends as an automatic reply, so other mail robots don’t answer back.
  • You're notified of every message it sends, and one switch turns it off.

Where it stands today

Atrio runs one business today: ours. It isn't yet set up for several businesses at once; that's what we're working on.

The iPhone app is in private testing (TestFlight), not on the App Store. The web CRM works in any browser.

Pricing on request. If you'd like to try it in your business, tell us a little about it and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a good fit right now.
